What you will do
As a FuSa & PCS Leader, you will play a key role in driving and ensuring Functional Safety (FuSa) and Product Cyber Security (PCS) throughout the entire development process. You will be the strategic and operational force that ensures our products meet relevant safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality targets — from concept phase to launch and beyond.
You will be part of a small local team where you will be representing the software domain , and part of our Global network of FuSA/PCS experts where you will get support, share best practice and handle assessments together.
Main responsibilities:
Lead and develop the work within functional safety in accordance with applicable standards (e.g. EN ISO 13849, 61508).
Ensure that PCS processes are implemented, followed, and continuously improved.
Drive risk analyses, safety assessments, and safety planning in close collaboration with development teams and project managers.
Act as an expert advisor on FuSa and PCS matters for the organization.
Lead safety reviews, audits, and assessments, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.
Train and coach the organization in FuSa and PCS methodologies to strengthen the overall safety culture.

Software systems AAH department consists of 60 developers divided into eight agile teams that are mainly based in Braås, 25 minutes from Växjö. We are a global team and in addition to Braås we have teams in Bangalore India and Wroclaw Poland. The department are responsible for all machine software for our market-leading Haulers.

Qualifications
M.Sc/B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Experience from working with FuSa and/or PCS within automotive, industrial, energy or medical.
Confident in understanding and interpreting standards.
Structured, analytical, and confident in making decisions based on data and risk assessments.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
You take responsibility and ownership of your deliveries


It is meritorious to have one or more of the following:
Knowledge of relevant FuSa and PCS standards (ISO 13849, 61508, Machine regulation,CRA or equivalent on-road standards)
Experience in Software development
Good communication skills in Swedish
Experience in project management

About the role

Your profile
We believe you have the following competence profile to succeed in this role:
A Bachelor’s degree within Information Security, Computer Science, IT, Law, Business, or a related field.
Experience working with information security, cybersecurity, risk management and/or compliance.
Experience with GDPR and information security governance, ISO 27001, NIS2, ISAE 3000, SOC reporting, or similar frameworks.
Experience supporting audits, inspections, or compliance reviews.
The ability to communicate complex security topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
A proactive, self-driven, and structured working style.

Arbetsuppgifter
Som Cyber Security Officer blir du en nyckelperson i CISO-funktionen, med ett tydligt mandat att driva och utveckla organisationens cybersäkerhetsarbete. Du arbetar proaktivt och riskbaserat i nära samarbete med både IT och verksamhet.
Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:
Driva Security by Design i projekt, systemutveckling och arkitektur

Har erfarenhet av molnsäkerhet i Azure och/eller AWS, samt god förståelse för SIEM-verktyg och SOC-processer för övervakning, incidenthantering och proaktiv hotdetektering

Uppdragsbeskrivning:
Uppdragsgivaren har behov av en interimschef för enheten identitet och auktorisation i avvaktan på rekrytering. Arbete kan ske på distans, upp till 80%, men minst 20% ska ske på uppdragsgivarens kontor i Sundsvall eller Stockholm.
Säkra digitala identiteter, för så många som möjligt, är en förutsättning för en framgångsrik digitalisering. Det är vad enheten för identitet och auktorisation arbetar med. Just nu har vi flera stora och viktiga utvecklingsuppdrag. Vi utvecklar Sveriges första statliga e-legitimation och vi arbetar med EU:s nya identitetsplånbok som dels ska ge användaren möjlighet att e-legitimera sig, dels ge användaren möjlighet att dela annan information som till exempel körkortsbehörighet, betyg eller biljetter. Vi ansvarar för Sveriges eIDAS-nod, som möjliggör gränsöverskridande e-legitimering och granskar svenska e-legitimationer för kvalitetsmärket. Vi arbetar med våra frågor nationellt och internationellt, på strategisk och operativ nivå, tillsammans med Regeringskansliet, offentlig och privat sektor och inom EU tillsammans med andra medlemsstater.


Kvalifikationer:
Detta uppdrag kräver säkerhetsskyddsavtal nivå tre (3), där konsultens säkerhetsklass är två (2). Uppdragsgivaren har med anledning av detta följande krav på leveransen; Säkerhetsklass 2 innebär att såväl konsult som dennes eventuella partner kontrolleras av SÄPO. Leverans av konsulttjänster ska ske inom Sveriges gränser, om inte annat överenskommits. Utrustning från uppdragsgivaren ska användas, annan utrustning medges inte, om inte annat överenskommits. Konsult ska vara svensk medborgare och anbudsgivare ansvarar för att offererad konsult klarar en säkerhetsprövning.



Ha akademisk utbildning om minst tre år eller annan erfarenhet som uppdragsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig
Ha minst 5 år chefserfarenhet av direkt ledarskap, varav minst 3 år i offentlig sektor
Ha lett och utvecklat team och en verksamhet som växer och förändras över tid
Ha erfarenhet av digitalisering inom svensk offentlig sektor under de tre senaste åren
Ha förståelse för de förutsättningar som råder inom svensk offentlig sektor
Vara kommunikativ och ha en god analytisk förmåga

Sommarjobbare på Volvo Construction Equipment i Braås
Vi på Volvo Construction Equipment i Braås söker framför allt montörer, svetsare och truckförare, men har även ett begränsat antal tjänster inom produktutveckling och materialstyrning. Ferieperioden pågår mellan mitten av juni till slutet av augusti, dock kan ferieperioden variera beroende på tjänst. Majoriteten av våra avdelningar har stängt mellan vecka 29-32 vilket innebär ledighet för feriearbetare.

What you will do
You will deliver embedded software and end-to-end machine functionality, as part of a cross-functional agile team.
You will be focused on requirement definition and support implementation and verification to secure the complete team delivery.
You will collaborate with System Owners on function and system requirements outside the agile team, securing performance and compliance.

The team works close to the physical product shaping machine functions and validating performance continuously.
We work according to Model Based Systems Engineering and have our requirements defined in a system model, using systems modelling language.

The Aftermarket Engineering (AME) function is a main contributor to high machine availability, low Total Cost of Ownership, and high Customer satisfaction.
In the AME Team, we manage the aftermarket support for our product portfolio in the domain of Diagnostics, Maintainability, Parts and Repair Methods. ?
We are a multinational and multicultural team based in Braås – 10 colleagues with unique experiences, knowledge and opinions. Open feedback culture and respect for each other is an essential cornerstone for our success. This position is based in Braås.
Key Responsibilities
As a Maintainability Engineer you will be the owner of the maintainability for the products developed in Braås. Through Project Participation you will co-develop and evaluate the technology/product solutions with the solution providers within multiple technology streams to ensure development of an optimized solution for maintainability and availability (Quality, Delivery, Cost and Feature (QDCF)). Together with Aftermarket Readiness Leaders (ARL’s) you will deliver full AM requirements in early development phases in projects, seeking agreement and alignment with responsible stakeholders in project organization.
You will also:
• Propose maintainability targets on machine and core technologies areas (for example lower Service Index Analysis (SIA) score or lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) than previous generation)
• Be the main interface for maintainability topics within AM functions as well as in the Product Platforms (PP) and project organizations
• Visualize maintenance cost and time to verify and validate the feature level agreed in global strategy for respective technology area with relevant functions
• Identify and document risks related to maintenance and calculate maintenance cost deltas related to major risks
Who are you?
Technical degree (MSc or BSc) in engineering or equivalent experience.?
Good technical knowledge and experience in the aftermarket and product support area.
Customer results-oriented mindset.?
Good knowledge of data driven analysis in the maintainability domain.?
Excellent networking and communication skills
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; Swedish fluency is a valuable plus.

We also handle campaigns, service bulletins and service tips. The team consists of 7 people located in Braås, working with articulated haulers and 3 people located in Motherwell, working with rigid haulers. You will be working with the articulated haulers.
We are a part of Aftermarket Services Technology (AST). AST is the largest and most widespread organization within Technology globally. Our organization supports and maintains the entire Volvo CE machine range throughout its complete life cycle. Our work begins early in the project phases and continues until the machine reaches its End of Life.This position is onsite in Braås.
